Pulmonary Function Testing
Basic lung capacity testing is a simple test which we can perform in our office with the use of a device called a Spirometer. By breathing into a mouthpiece attached to the Spirometer, we can determine how much air your lungs can hold and how quickly you can move the air out of your lungs.
We are able to diagnose lung disease and provide treatment or refer you on for further testing or to a specialist if necessary. With follow up spirometry testing we are able to monitor the effectiveness of treatment for your lung disease.
