The physicians of Arbor View Family Medicine have decided that as of July 1, 2022, they will no longer be admitting or managing patients at Fairfield Medical Center. The doctors have made the decision to step back to focus more on outpatient care. For any questions or concerns, please contact Jennifer Puckett at 740-687-2150.
Arbor View Family Medicine is working diligently to ensure our facility is safe for all of our patients and visitors. Our staff are wearing masks and following CDC guidelines for sanitation, with routine cleanings for all high-touch surfaces. In addition to these measures, we have some operational changes in place help keep you, our employees and the community safe in this challenging time.

To ensure the highest level of safety for our patients and staff, Arbor View Family Medicine is requiring all of our employees to wear face masks inside our facility. We are also requiring our patients and visitors over 2 years of age to wear masks to further support safety measures. If you have a medical reason that you cannot wear a mask, please contact our office prior to your appointment.

We ask that all patients bring one visitor back with them during their appointment to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19.
